Nimustine

Anticancer Agent

Nimustine is an alkylating agent that induces DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) and inter-strand crosslinks (ICLs), activating the DNA damage response (DDR) signaling pathway. By stimulating the p38 MAPK and JNK signaling pathways, Nimustine exhibits significant antitumor activity. This compound is utilized in cancer research for its potential to enhance apoptosis and impede tumor growth.
