NODAGA-NHS

Chelator

NODAGA-NHS is an activated ester of the NODAGA chelator, designed for targeted radiolabeling applications. It facilitates the conjugation of Trastuzumab to form NODAGA-Trastuzumab, enabling the chelation of 64Cu for radiotracer development. This compound is particularly valuable in PET imaging studies of tumors expressing the HER2 receptor, making it a crucial tool in research related to HER2-positive breast cancer and ovarian adenocarcinoma.
