PROTAC Linkers
Nonaethylene glycol is a polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based linker designed for use in the synthesis of PROTAC (Proteolysis Targeting Chimeras). This compound facilitates the formation of PROTACs by conjugating target proteins to E3 ligases, enabling targeted protein degradation.
