NS5A Inhibitor
NS5A-IN-2 is a potent inhibitor of hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS5A, demonstrating high efficacy against HCV genotype 1b and improved activity against genotype 3a. In addition to its antiviral properties, NS5A-IN-2 offers good metabolic stability, making it a valuable tool for research in HCV biology. This compound features an alkyne group, enabling it to participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc), which facilitates the synthesis of complex molecular constructs in chemical research applications.
