NS5A Inhibitor
NS5A-IN-3 is a highly effective inhibitor of the NS5A protein in Hepatitis C virus (HCV), exhibiting remarkable potency against HCV genotype 1b and enhanced activity against genotype 3a. This compound demonstrates good metabolic stability and presents a higher resistance barrier compared to daclatasvir for genotype 1b. Additionally, NS5A-IN-3 features an alkyne group, enabling its use as a click chemistry reagent that can participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) reactions with azide-containing molecules, facilitating diverse research applications in drug discovery and viral studies.
