Odatroltide

P-selectin Inhibitor

Odatroltide is a P-selectin inhibitor that demonstrates significant potential in modulating inflammation and vascular function. This peptide molecule consists of a tripeptide Pro-Ala-Lys (PAK) linked to a (S)-6,7-dihydroxy-1,1-dimethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-isoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid domain. Odatroltide is effective in restoring cerebral blood flow, scavenging free radicals, and inhibiting leukocyte migration, making it valuable for research in thrombolytic and anti-thrombotic applications.
