OPN-9643

TEAD Inhibitor

OPN-9643 is a covalent inhibitor that targets the central palmitate binding pocket of TEAD transcription factors, exhibiting an IC50 of 15 nM. By preventing autopalmitoylation, it effectively reduces TEAD-driven luciferase activity along with the expression of canonical TEAD targets, such as CTGF and CYR61. This compound is valuable for cancer research, particularly in studying melanoma and other TEAD-related pathologies.
