Oseltamivir
Influenza Virus Inhibitor
Oseltamivir is an orally active neuraminidase inhibitor targeting the influenza virus. It demonstrably inhibits various strains of influenza, including A/H3N2, A/H1N2, A/H1N1, and B, with mean IC50 values of 0.67 nM, 0.9 nM, 1.34 nM, and 13 nM, respectively.
