OXPHOS Inhibitor
OXPHOS-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), targeting mitochondrial respiration to disrupt energy production in cancer cells. This compound demonstrates significant cytotoxic effects on MIA PaCa-2 and BxPC-3 pancreatic cancer cell lines, with IC50 values of 2.34 μM and 13.82 μM, respectively.
