MARK3/MARK4 Inhibitor
PCC0208017 is a potent inhibitor of microtubule affinity regulating kinases MARK3 and MARK4, exhibiting IC50 values of 1.8 nM and 2.01 nM, respectively. The compound shows significantly reduced inhibition of MARK1 and MARK2, with IC50 values of 31.4 nM and 33.7 nM. PCC0208017 effectively suppresses glioma progression both in vitro and in vivo, disrupting microtubule dynamics and inducing G2/M phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. Additionally, it demonstrates considerable antitumor efficacy and favorable blood-brain barrier permeability.
