G-protein Complex Inhibitor
PH-064 tetrahydrochloride is a potent inhibitor of the heterotrimeric G-protein complex. It effectively inhibits serotonin transporter (SERT) activity and reduces shear stress-induced Akt phosphorylation, showcasing significant anti-hyperalgesic properties.
