PR-924
LMP-7 Inhibitor
PR-924 is a selective inhibitor of the LMP-7 subunit of the immunoproteasome, exhibiting an IC50 value of 22 nM. This compound covalently modifies the N-terminal threonine active sites of proteasomes, leading to the inhibition of cellular growth. PR-924 has demonstrated the ability to induce apoptosis in multiple myeloma cells, highlighting its potential as an antitumor agent in cancer research applications.
