PTP1B Inhibitor
PTP1B-IN-24 is a reversible inhibitor targeting Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) with an IC50 value of 1.4 μM. This compound enhances the thermal stability of PTP1B and effectively reverses insulin resistance induced by palmitic acid, as evidenced by increased phosphorylation levels of insulin receptor substrate 1 (IRS1) and AKT.
