PY-PAP

Photoactivatable Affinity Probe

PY-PAP is a photoactivatable affinity probe designed for the identification of target proteins through ultraviolet crosslinking. This compound effectively retains the ability to activate YAP transcriptional activity while specifically labeling cathepsin D (CTSD) and annexin A2 (ANXA2) in 293A cells. PY-PAP serves as a critical tool for delineating the interactions and specific targeting of proteins like ANXA2, thereby facilitating research into cellular signaling pathways and protein function.
