QBS10072S dihydrochloride

Antitumor Agent

QBS10072S dihydrochloride is a bifunctional chemotherapeutic agent designed to target LAT1, facilitating its capacity to penetrate the blood-brain barrier. It demonstrates significant inhibitory potency against LAT1-mediated substrate uptake (IC50 = 21 μM), while showing much lower activity against LAT2 (IC50 = 1100 μM). This compound enters LAT1-expressing tumor cells through active transport, subsequently inducing DNA interstrand crosslinking that leads to DNA damage and cell death. QBS10072S dihydrochloride is suitable for research focused on glioblastoma and aggressive T-cell lymphoma.
