(R)-AAL
Immunomodulator
(R)-AAL is an immunomodulator that targets sphingosine kinase (SphK), catalyzing the phosphorylation of the compound. This compound has demonstrated the ability to decrease circulating T lymphocytes in rat models, exhibiting an ID50 value of 0.009 mg/kg. (R)-AAL is valuable for research into immune regulation and the modulation of lymphocyte activity.
