PTPases Inhibitor
(Rac)-RK-682 is a potent inhibitor of protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPases), specifically targeting protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP-1B), low molecular weight protein tyrosine phosphatases (LMW-PTP), and cell division cycle 25B (CDC-25B). It exhibits inhibitory activities with IC50 values of 8.6 μM for PTP-1B, 12.4 μM for LMW-PTP, and 0.7 μM for CDC-25B. This compound is valuable for research applications focused on signal transduction pathways and regulation of cellular processes associated with PTPase activity.
