Repinotan
5-HT1A Receptor Agonist
Repinotan is a potent and selective agonist of the 5-HT1A receptor, exhibiting strong brain penetration and oral bioavailability. With Ki values of 0.19 nM in the calf hippocampus, 0.25 nM in rat and human cortex, and 0.59 nM in rat hippocampus, it displays high affinity for target sites while maintaining weak interaction with other related receptors.
