Antithrombotic Agent

RGH-1875 hydriodide is an orally active antithrombotic agent that targets thrombotic pathways. It effectively prevents endotoxin-induced reductions in fibrinogen levels and platelet counts, while also decreasing fibrin degradation products and inhibiting enhanced fibrinolytic activity in rabbit models of disseminated intravascular coagulation.
