Antithrombotic Agent

RGH-1962 is an orally active antithrombotic agent that targets and modulates the coagulation pathway. This compound effectively prevents endotoxin-induced reductions in fibrinogen levels and platelet counts, while also diminishing fibrin degradation products and inhibiting endotoxin-stimulated fibrinolytic activity in a rabbit model of disseminated intravascular coagulation.
