RK-682 hemicalcium
PTPase Inhibitor
RK-682 hemicalcium is a potent inhibitor of protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPases), specifically targeting CD45 and VHR, with IC50 values of 54 μM and 2.0 μM, respectively. This compound effectively disrupts the ERK signaling pathway and exhibits significant cytotoxicity in cancer cell lines MGH-U3, T24, and UROtsa, with IC50 values of 78.2 nM, 43.2 nM, and 145 nM, respectively. Additionally, RK-682 hemicalcium induces G1/S phase cell cycle arrest and inhibits cell migration and autophagy, making it a valuable tool for cancer research and therapeutic investigations.
