SAHA-BPyne

ABPP Probe

SAHA-BPyne is an activity-based protein profiling (ABPP) probe designed for the detection of histone deacetylase (HDAC) activity. This compound covalently labels proximal proteins upon photoactivation, allowing for enhanced profiling of HDAC dynamics. SAHA-BPyne exhibits inhibitory activity against HDAC in HeLa nuclear lysates, offering an IC50 of less than 5 μM, making it a valuable tool for research applications involving epigenetics and protein modification studies.
