SBI-810 hydrochloride
NTSR1 Modulator
SBI-810 hydrochloride is a β-arrestin-biased allosteric modulator of the neurotensin receptor 1 (NTSR1). This compound selectively modulates NTSR1 G protein signaling in conjunction with its endogenous ligand, neurotensin (NT). SBI-810 hydrochloride fully antagonizes NT-induced activation of Gq, partially inhibits NT-induced activation of Gi1, and permits activation of GoA and G12, making it a valuable tool for studying NTSR1-related pathways and potential therapeutic applications in neurobiology.
