NTSR1 Modulator
SBI-810 is a selective modulator of the neurotensin receptor 1 (NTSR1), characterized by its ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier. This compound promotes β-arrestin-2 recruitment to NTSR1 while antagonizing Gq-mediated signaling pathways.
