SBP-1

Sulfite Bioluminescent Probe

SBP-1 is a sulfite bioluminescent probe that demonstrates high responsivity, selectivity, and sensitivity towards sulfite ions. Its detection mechanism relies on a sulfite-mediated intramolecular cleavage reaction, enabling the precise identification of both exogenous and endogenous sulfite in living organisms. Additionally, SBP-1 is capable of quantitatively measuring sulfite concentrations within a defined range in solution, making it a valuable tool for biochemical research and environmental monitoring.
