SD-7300

MMPs Inhibitor

SD-7300 is a potent and selective inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-2, MMP-9, and MMP-13) with Ki values of 0.03, 0.01, and 0.03 nM, respectively. This compound effectively reduces extracellular matrix degradation by tumor cells, thus inhibiting their invasion and metastasis. Additionally, SD-7300 serves as a dose-dependent inhibitor of corneal angiogenesis in mice and mitigates interleukin-1-induced cartilage degradation in bovine models. It is valuable for research applications focused on breast cancer and related studies.
