RdRp Inhibitor
SHEN26 is a potent RdRp inhibitor specifically targeting the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of SARS-CoV-2, exhibiting an IC50 of 1.36 μM. This compound, a 5’-cyclohexanecarboxylate derivative of GS-441524, effectively disrupts viral nucleic acid synthesis, thereby exerting antiviral effects. SHEN26 is suitable for research applications related to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
