SHP1 Activator
SHP1 Activator 1 is a potent activator of src homology-2 domain-containing protein tyrosine phosphatase 1 (SHP1), exhibiting an EC50 of 17.66 μM. This compound has demonstrated efficacy in inhibiting the proliferation of ABC-DLBCL cells and inducing apoptosis by targeting the STAT3 signaling pathway. Additionally, SHP1 Activator 1 emits blue and green fluorescence signals in MDA-MB-231 cells, making it suitable for use as a cell imaging agent in research applications.
