Sophoflavescenol
Cholinesterase (ChE) Inhibitor
Sophoflavescenol is a prenylated flavonol that acts as a cholinesterase (ChE) inhibitor, demonstrating potent inhibitory activity against acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) with IC50 values of 10.98 μM and 8.21 μM, respectively.
