TNFα Inhibitor
SPD304 dihydrochloride is a selective inhibitor of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), functioning by promoting the dissociation of TNF trimers to obstruct the interaction between TNF and its receptor. With an IC50 of 22 μM, SPD304 effectively inhibits in vitro binding of TNF-α to TNF receptor 1 (TNFR1). This compound is primarily utilized in research applications focused on inflammatory diseases and cytokine signaling pathways.
