Benzylguanine Substrate

SPY555-BG is a benzylguanine derivative of the SPY555 fluorophore, designed for applications in superresolution imaging techniques such as STED and SIM. This fluorogenic compound exhibits high cell permeability and emits light in the orange region of the UV-Vis spectrum, making it suitable for imaging with standard Cy3 filter sets. SPY555-BG is applicable for widefield, confocal, SIM, or STED imaging of both living and fixed cells, as well as tissue samples.
