Sulotroban
Thromboxane A2 Receptor Antagonist
Sulotroban is a selective antagonist of the thromboxane A2 receptor (TXA2). It effectively inhibits vasoconstriction induced by carbocyclic thromboxane A2 and endoperoxides, while also demonstrating the ability to inhibit platelet aggregation.
