TAM557

Tubulysin

TAM557 is a cytotoxic tubulysin derivative that primarily targets microtubule dynamics, inhibiting cell proliferation. This compound is useful in enzymatic conjugation reactions and is applicable in cancer research, particularly in studying mechanisms of drug resistance and cellular responses to microtubule-targeting agents. Its ability to disrupt microtubule organization makes it a valuable tool in the investigation of cytotoxicity and tumor biology.
