Apoptosis Inhibitor

TC9-305 is a potent and selective apoptosis inhibitor that targets mitochondrial-mediated pathways. It demonstrates strong inhibitory activity against Bim and tBid-induced apoptosis, with EC50 values of 0.42 and 0.23 μM, respectively. TC9-305 effectively preserves mitochondrial membrane potential, reduces reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, and prevents cytochrome c release. This compound is valuable for research into neurological diseases, including stroke.
