NUDT5 Inhibitor
TH5427 hydrochloride is a selective inhibitor of NUDT5, demonstrating a potent IC50 of 29 nM and a notable 690-fold selectivity over MTH1. This compound effectively hinders progestin-dependent, PAR-derived nuclear ATP synthesis, which disrupts chromatin remodeling, gene regulation, and cellular proliferation in breast cancer cells.
