ALP Substrate
Tos-Gly-Pro-Lys-pNA is a substrate specifically designed for the serine protease alkaline phosphatase (ALP). Upon cleavage by ALP, it releases p-nitroaniline (pNA), allowing for quantitative assessment of enzyme activity.
