TP-238
CECR2/BPTF Inhibitor
TP-238 is a selective dual inhibitor of CECR2 and BPTF, demonstrating IC50 values of 30 nM and 350 nM, respectively. In addition, TP-238 exhibits inhibitory activity against BRD9, with a pIC50 of 5.9, while displaying minimal activity towards other kinases. This compound serves as a valuable tool in research exploring the roles of CECR2 and BPTF in cellular processes and their potential implications in disease states.
