TPC2-A1-N

TPC2 Agonist

TPC2-A1-N is a potent agonist of the two-pore channel 2 (TPC2), functioning by mimicking the physiological effects of nicotinic acid adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NAADP). This compound elicits robust Ca2+ responses from TPC2 with an EC50 of 7.8 μM, an effect that can be inhibited by various TPC blockers. TPC2-A1-N serves as a valuable tool for investigating the distinct roles of TPC2 channels in cellular physiology.
