TPC2 Agonist
TPC2-A1-P is a potent and membrane-permeable agonist of the two-pore channel 2 (TPC2), exhibiting an EC50 of 10.5 μM. It mimics the physiological actions of phosphatidylinositol 3,5-bisphosphate (PI(3,5)P2), effectively enhancing Na2+ mobilization through TPC2 channels.
