TRPM7 Inhibitor
TRPM7-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of the TRPM7 ion channel, a critical regulator of cellular functions. This compound induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in cancer cell lines, such as MCF-7 and BGC-823, while also reducing cell migration.
