UK-101
LMP2 Inhibitor
UK-101 is a selective inhibitor of the immunoproteasome β1i subunit (LMP2), exhibiting an IC50 value of 104 nM. With significant selectivity, it demonstrates 144-fold and 10-fold inhibition over the β1c (IC50=15 μM) and β5 subunits (IC50=1 μM), respectively. UK-101 promotes apoptosis in cancer cells, making it a valuable tool for researching prostate cancer and related therapeutic pathways.
