USP7-797

USP7 Inhibitor

USP7-797 is a selective inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease 7 (USP7) with an IC50 of 0.5 nmol/L. This compound demonstrates significant antitumor activity by reducing MDM2 levels, which stabilizes and activates p53, promoting cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. USP7-797 exhibits low nanomolar cytotoxicity against both p53 mutant cancer cell lines and p53 wild-type hematological tumors, as well as neuroblastoma cell lines, making it valuable for cancer research applications targeting p53 pathways.
