USP7 Inhibitor
USP7-IN-9 is a potent inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease 7 (USP7), exhibiting an IC50 value of 40.8 nM. This compound induces apoptosis and effectively halts cell cycle progression at the G0/G1 and S phases in RS4;11 cells. Additionally, USP7-IN-9 downregulates the oncoproteins MDM2 and DNMT1 while enhancing the levels of tumor suppressors p53 and p21, making it a valuable reagent for cancer research and studies focused on cellular signaling pathways.
