Vestipitant
NK1 Antagonist
Vestipitant is a selective neurokinin-1 (NK1) receptor antagonist with a high binding affinity (pKi: 9.4, hNK1). This compound demonstrates significant hypnotic properties, effectively alleviating primary insomnia and other anxiety-related disorders.
