VHR Phosphatase Inhibitor

VHR-IN-6 is a selective inhibitor of the vaccinia H1-related (VHR) phosphatase, exhibiting an IC50 of 74 nM. It demonstrates significantly lower inhibitory activity against other phosphatases such as MKP-1, CD45, Cdc25A, PTP1B, and HePTP. VHR-IN-6 effectively inhibits the proliferation of HeLa cells, making it a valuable tool for investigating cervical cancer and related signaling pathways.
