VHR-IN-9 is a selective inhibitor of vaccinia H1-related (VHR) phosphatase, exhibiting an IC50 of 270 nM. This compound demonstrates limited inhibitory activity on other phosphatases, such as MKP-1 (IC50 = 2.8 μM) and CD45 (IC50 = 1.8 μM). VHR-IN-9 effectively inhibits the proliferation of HeLa cells, making it a valuable reagent for research focused on cervical cancer.
