Vorbipiprant
EP4R Inhibitor
Vorbipiprant is a selective antagonist of the EP4 receptor, exhibiting high affinity for the human EP4 receptor with a Ki value of 16.6 nM. This compound demonstrates significant immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, and anti-angiogenic activities. Vorbipiprant effectively inhibits the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and modulates immune cell activation, potentially converting immune "cold" tumors into "hot" tumors that respond to immunotherapy. Its applications include research into diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and colon cancer.
