WCY-8-67
USP5 Inhibitor
WCY-8-67 is a selective inhibitor of USP5, exhibiting an IC50 value of 1.33 μM. This compound induces apoptosis in cells while effectively suppressing JAK/STAT3 and PI3K/AKT signaling pathways in vitro. WCY-8-67 inhibits the proliferation of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells, promoting G1 phase arrest and differentiation. Demonstrating significant anti-leukemic efficacy in preclinical mouse models, WCY-8-67 serves as a valuable tool for studying the mechanisms and treatment strategies in acute myeloid leukemia.
