Yhhu-3792 hydrochloride
Notch Activator
Yhhu-3792 hydrochloride is a Notch activator that enhances the self-renewal capacity of neural stem cells (NSCs). It promotes the expression of key regulatory proteins Hes3 and Hes5, contributing to neural differentiation and function. Additionally, Yhhu-3792 hydrochloride has been shown to improve spatial and episodic memory in mice, making it a valuable tool for research into neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and for studies focused on neural regeneration following brain injury.
