Notch Activator
Yhhu-3792 is a potent Notch activator that enhances the self-renewal capacity of neural stem cells (NSCs). It promotes the expression of key genes Hes3 and Hes5, leading to improved spatial and episodic memory functions in murine models. This compound is valuable for investigating neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, as well as for researching neural regeneration following brain injuries.
